Production, Quality Control, Warehouse & Logistics, Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Service stand together beside stacked cartons rather than sitting around a conference table - a deliberate choice that keeps the morning huddle short, honest, and focused on what customers actually care about: product quality and on-time delivery.

A Metal Clad Expanded PTFE Gasket combines the chemical resistance and conformability of expanded PTFE with the structural support of a metal layer. This construction is designed for demanding sealing environments where conventional soft PTFE gaskets may need additional dimensional stability or mechanical reinforcement. By matching the metal layer, expanded PTFE grade, gasket dimensions, flange design, temperature, pressure, and process medium, buyers can achieve a more dependable sealing solution.

Custom Machined PTFE Parts are designed for applications where standard components cannot provide the required combination of chemical resistance, low friction, electrical insulation, dimensional requirements, and service reliability. From seals and valve components to bushings, insulators, wear parts, and fluid-handling components, machined PTFE allows engineers to create application-specific geometries without relying solely on standard sizes.

A V-Type Spring Energized Seal is designed to maintain reliable sealing performance when conventional elastomer seals struggle with pressure, temperature, chemical exposure, low-speed operation, or long periods of inactivity. Its V-shaped sealing profile works together with an internal spring energizer to maintain contact against the mating surface. This design can provide stable sealing performance across a broad range of industrial operating conditions.

On September 1, 2026, Taifno successfully completed the overall relocation of core production equipment from Cixi No.3 Plant to Pinghu No.2 Plant. The move optimizes the production system through capacity integration and categorized production layout.
