PINGHU, China — August 30, 2026 — Taifno convened a full-day strategic workshop at its Pinghu facility, bringing together core team from across the company to review business performance, identify operational priorities, and align on the path forward for the remainder of the year.
Held from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., the session was structured around three focused working groups, each assigned clear objectives and cross-functional leadership to ensure actionable outcomes:
Group 1: Order-to-Delivery & After-Sales Service
Led by Xie Heyi and Zhu Jianmin, this group mapped the complete order lifecycle to pinpoint bottlenecks and improve production efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Group 2: Market Development & OEM Growth
Led by Xie Yonghui (Ella) and Xiao Youzhuan (Tommy), the team analyzed industry trends, evaluated competitive positioning, and finalized targeted strategies to deepen existing accounts and expand into new markets and OEM channels.
Group 3: Advanced Materials R&D & Production Technology
Led by Chief Engineer Fu Yiping, with support from Xie Yonghui (Ella), this group focused on breakthroughs in high-performance material development, process optimization, and scaling manufacturing capabilities to strengthen Taifno’s technical moat.
Participants engaged in candid, data-driven discussions, surfacing challenges and cross-testing solutions. The workshop produced a set of prioritized, time-bound action items now being translated into project plans with clear ownership and milestones.
“This was as much a strategy session as an execution kickoff,” the company noted. “By breaking down silos and aligning teams around shared targets, we’ve built a stronger foundation for sustainable, quality-driven growth.”
Taifno will now operationalize the workshop outputs through structured project management, with a continued emphasis on operational excellence, market-led expansion, and technology-led innovation.
